If you've been charged bogus late payment fees when you know your payment was received on time, or if you've experienced force placed insurance, inspection fees, foreclosure threats, rude customer service, been on hold for hours, been given inaccurate information or many other complaints, you're not alone.

Before you enter the complaint forum, I'd like to make you aware of a few points.  The general public posts their complaints in the forum.  Many people may have gone through similar situations and may be able to help you resolve your problem or help point you in the right direction for resolution.  (Such as government agencies or attorneys, etc.)

Being a public forum, I feel it is important to tell all who enter this site that HomeSide employees regularly log onto this site as do government agencies such as HUD and the Department of Treasury from the US and abroad.  I encourage you to post your complaint and name names (especially of employees you've spoken to to try to resolve your problem)  Please do not post your loan numbers or other personal information you do not wish to share with the public.

Lastly, because this is a public site, we have experience posts by troublemakers.  These posts  try to discredit this site's objective and intent and try to annoy and antagonize other posters.  Please ignore these posts as they are deleted on a daily basis.  We are currently working with local authorities to identify and prosecute these individuals for slander and harassment.
